A visit with Caleb
It was so much fun having Caleb visit for a few days on his way home from ALERT. Emma was quite taken with him. As soon as she would get up from her nap you could see her darting out of her bedroom looking for Uncle Caleb.
Last night we went miniature golfing together and had a great time :-)

Cranberry Chai Bread
YUMMMM!!!! I just tried this recipe for the first time and it is delicious! (For those of you who are not huge Chai fans it is not a strong taste. If you do like the Chai flavor I would suggest substituting some of the milk for more latte mix.)

NOTE: This recipe is for one mini loaf. I quadrupled it to make two regular sized loaves and it came out to three regular loaves. I also had to bake it longer than the recipe said because it was so moist.
